Dr. Mahmut Duran, born in Kayseri in 1971, entered Erciyes Faculty of Medicine in 1990 and graduated as a Medical Doctor in 1996. He started his specialization at Izmir Ataturk Training and Research Hospital (Katip Celebi University) General Surgery Clinic and became a General Surgery Specialist in 2002.
Between 2002 and 2010, he worked as a General Surgery Specialist at Kayseri State Hospital and Kayseri Training and Research Hospital, conducting studies in the field of Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery. In 2010, he left his position there. He has been working at Private Tekden Hospital in Kayseri since then.
